I did it!

Ok, so a great start to the day for me, I went to the gym and I found out I have managed to loose 3 kg, just over 6.5 lbs - nearly half a stone, in one week.  I am very happy and impressed that cutting down on sugar and eating healthier sized meals really does help. Now I feel inspired for the week to come.

Also I managed to edit an origami video


And I updated my linkedin profile and joined twitter!
